HOW TO SLEEP WITHIN 2 MINUTES

         Sleep is indeed a blessing showered upon human. One of the major problems in our life is sleeplessness. Sometimes we may not find proper sleep at late night because of negative thoughts, depression and stress. This problem is common among youngsters and teenagers. Here, we are going to see about the importance of sleep and how to sleep within two minutes in detail.


IMPORTANCE OF SLEEP:

     Sleep is a most important and most required activity of human body. It is the process for providing rest for our body and mind. Let us see how important the sleep is.


Sleeping makes you more reliable, keeps you fresh and boosts you to do your daily activities efficiently.

Sleeping has a great impact on your health conditions. Proper sleep increases your memory power. Lack of proper sleep increases your stress and blood pressure level.

Your mind rests while sleeping and becomes active when you wake up. This increases your creativity level.

 Avoiding sleep brings you dark circles around your eyes and makes you look like pre matured person. 

Lack of proper sleep can also lead to serious health issues like high blood pressure and also increases the chance of developing cardio vascular diseases 

So, six to eight hours of uninterrupted sleep is essential for a person to lead a happy and healthy life.       

         

HOW TO SLEEP IN TWO MINUTES:

     Here are five tips that helps you to sleep within two minutes. This was the solution suggested by American army to its soldiers. Let us see that in step by step procedures.


DON’T COVER YOUR FACE:

     Keep you face uncovered while sleeping. Most people tend to cover their face with pillows or bedsheets. This is not a healthy option because when you cover your face, the fresh air does not enter your nostrils and the old air circulates in again and again which provides an unpleasant situation. Let your face not be covered while you sleep. 


KEEP YOUR BODY RELAXED:

     Sometimes your body parts may be stressed without your knowledge. Don’t fall into your bed directly after any sort of work. Before you go to sleep, take time for yourself to relax your body, from your face to toes.


IMAGINE STARRY NIGHT:

     Night is a perfect time for a person to sleep. After being relaxed just close your eyes and visualize a breezy night with stars and moon because for a rapid sleep your mind requires pleasant atmosphere. And practicing this regularly, your mind automatically takes you to sleep when you close your eyes.

DON’T DRINK COFFEE BEFORE SLEEP:

     Avoid taking caffeine content before going to sleep. Because this component keeps you awake for at least 3 to 4 hours after consumption and that’s why several people tend to remain active after drinking their morning coffee. So, avoid taking coffee before four hours from going to sleep.


DON’T USE MOBILE PHONES BEFORE SLEEP:

     The last step is don’t use your mobile phone at least 1 hour before sleep because the blue light from your mobile phones will not allow you to sleep properly.      Following these steps gives you quick and proper sleep. It will not give you sleep within two minutes on the very first try. During your early days, it may take around five to ten minutes.   4. Oh man, I would LOVE to be able to sleep within two minutes. I hate covering my face, I feel like I need some fresh air. So important to be relaxed too. You can't sleep if you are tensed! I need to do a better job with not using my phone though. Thanks for sharing all of these great tips!
